Anthony (Producer, Lead Design, Audio)

This week I remastered the main audio soundtrack. I’ll continue to work on this next week as I would like to try a version that loops naturally. I created a number of sound effects for the game including for the lazers,the boosters and for banana collection. I’ll continue to work on a few last sound effects this week, such as a sound when hurting enemies and breaking glass for the opening tutorial. I’m also working to finish adding controller support, as well as starting on the trailer and helping with polish.

Liz (Lead Artist)

This week I started working on 2 logos for our game, 1 pixel and 1 more realistic. I completed a new sprite sheet of the toad boss exploding and also updated an old banana image into a pixel art asset. Next week I will polish up the swamp backgrounds, finish the logos and move on to other art assets.

Tyler (Assistant Artist, Assistant Programmer, Playtester)

I finished a splash screen that goes on the title room for the game. I grayboxed another level, added player and basic controller objects, and imported it into the project. I fixed a bug that caused the test room to crash when it was not the first room in the game.
